These muffins freeze exceptionally well and are easy to reheat in a pinch, just follow our tips for freezing and reheating below:
Directions for freezing:
- Give muffins time to cool completely before wrapping and freezing. To freeze, wrap securely in foil or freezer wrap, or place in freezer bags. Baked products should be stored at 0°F or lower. Muffins can be stored frozen for up to 3 months.
Directions for reheating:
- For microwave oven: place unwrapped muffin on napkin, towel or plate. Microwave on HIGH for about 30 seconds per muffin.
- For conventional oven: heat foil-wrapped muffins at 350°F for about 10 to 15 minutes.
