- Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with gluten-free nonstick cooking spray.? In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, banana, cranberries, butter, eggs and 1/3 cup water. Using an electric hand mixer, beat at low speed until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat 1 minute more. Pour batter into baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until edges are light golden. Let cool completely in pan. Cut into 16 bars, dust with powdered sugar (if desired), and serve.
