Corn Lime Salsa

Ingredients

  • 6 Ears corn (roast on the grill)
  • 2 cans Our Family black beans (drained and washed)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro (stemmed and chopped)
  • 1 Medium red onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Lime Juice
  • 6 Tbsp. Our Family white vinegar
  • 6 tsp. Our Family Sugar
  • 4 heaping tsp. Our Family cumin
  • 4 heaping tsp. Our Family chili powder

Directions

  1. De-cob the corn.
  2. Pour lime juice over corn and let sit.
  3. Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight.
