Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries (3 cups), chopped
  • 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

  1. In medium bowl combine cranberries, pineapple, apple and orange. Stir in sugar and honey; let stand at room temperature until sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir cranberry mixture. Cover and refrigerate, stirring once each day for 4 days and adding additional honey to taste, if desired. Stir in pecans just before serving. Store in refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 weeks.
