Seasoned Cod Fish Tacos

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy "Tacos de pescado" or fish tacos. Originating in Baja California and getting a Mexican kick, these tacos will delight!

  • 4 cod loins
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 8 6" corn tortillas
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 bell peppers, julienne
  • 4 cilantro sprigs
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

  1. Mix together cayenne pepper and chili powder in a zip bag and add the fish loin and shake to coat.
  2. Thinly slice the pepper and onion, and jalapeno.
  3. Grill the cod until fully cooked.
  4. Arrange fish onto the tortilla with peppers and onions and garnish with lime juice and a cilantro sprig.
