- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl stir together green chiles, corn, cheeses, bell pepper, mayonnaise and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
