Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 8 oz. deli turkey breast, chopped
  • 2 pts. strawberries
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

  1. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together chutney, yogurt and lime juice; set aside.
  2. Line a platter with lettuce leaves. Top with turkey, strawberries, grapes, celery and onion. Drizzle with chutney dressing. Top with fresh mint, if desired, and serve.
