• 2 Mashed Avocados
  • 4 oz ground Lean Beef 90/10
  • 1 cup shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cups Black Beans
  • 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Tortilla Strips
  • 1 Tsp. Avocado Oil
  • to taste Salt


  1. In a large skillet, warm avocado oil and add ground beef. Brown beef until thoroughly cooked (approximately 10 minutes), until there is no pink.
  2. Add taco seasoning to beef and stir until well combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mash avocados and stir in lemon juice. Salt to taste.
  4. Add cooked beef, beans, cheese and tomato to guacamole mixture.
  5. Evenly distribute lettuce onto plate and top with guacamole. Top with tortilla strips.
