- Combine tuna, oil and vinegar in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Remove tuna from marinade; discard marinade. Place tuna on grill. Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
- For the salad, chop tuna into 1/2-inch pieces and place in a large bowl. Add beans, tomatoes, onion, basil and parsley. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Place lettuce on 4 plates. Spoon salad on lettuce, and serve.
