Turkey Pot Pie

Dish type


  • 2-3 cups leftover turkey - shredded or cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 16 oz bag frozen vegetables (or leftover green bean casserole)
  • 1 can your choice of condensed cream of soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1-2 tbsp water

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. This is a great way to use up your leftovers, including that spare pie crust that may not have been put to use!
  3. In a medium size Dutch oven, place the turkey, vegetables, condensed soup and milk. Heat thoroughly to a boil, stirring often. Remove from stove and cool slightly.
  4. Whisk the egg and water together
  5. Place pie crust on top, tucking in the edges. Score the top several times. Brush with the egg/water mixture. Place in a 350 oven and bake until the crust is golden brown.
