Bacon Green Bean Casserole

  • 4 cans (14.5 oz) any style Del Monte Green Beans, drained
  • 10 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 10 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If using canned green beans, then drain and pour into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Next, prepare bacon either on the stove or in the oven then cut into large pieces and set aside.
  3. Now, in a smaller bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar, melted butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a small bowl. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour mixture over green beans and add bacon. Gently stir, until beans everything is evenly coated.
  5. When finished pour into a 9x13 dish or baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Once cooled serve it up to your happy guests!
