  • 2 tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tomato halves in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  2. Drizzle oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle evenly with sugar, parsley, oregano and basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
