- Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place tuna in baking dish. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, for salsa, in a medium skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes; stir in marmalade and vinegar.
- Spoon salsa over tuna, and serve.
