Beef & Red Pepper Kabobs


  • 1/2 cup A.1. Classic Marinade
  • 2 lb. 3/4 inch thick, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces beef sirloin steak
  • 4 cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces red peppers
  • 4 cups cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 sliced green onion
  • 1 tbsp. fresh, chopped Parsley


  1. Pour marinade over meat in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  2. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat and peppers alternately onto 8 skewers. Grill 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients. Serve with the kabobs.
