Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless top sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup mesquite marinade
  • 1/2 cup low-fat blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled

  1. Place steak and marinade in a large resealable bag. Seal bag; turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). For the blue cheese topping, in a small bowl combine dressing, cheese crumbles, walnuts and bacon; set aside.
  3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer registers 145°F for medium-rare. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak across the grain and serve with blue cheese topping.
