  • 1/4 cup assorted colored sugars

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes; cool completely.
  2. Frost cupcakes.
  3. Arrange 8 wafers around top edge of each cupcake to resemble flower petals; sprinkle with sugars.
  4. Variation For colored flowers, brush tops of wafers with water; sprinkle with sugars. Arrange on cupcakes as directed.
