Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk or water

  1. Place the chia seeds, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, honey, yogurt, and milk into the blender.
  2. Cover, and puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses to serve.
  4. Tip: Top with leftover ingredients for an even more delicious treat.
