- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in butter, buttermilk and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed 1 minute or just until combined. Fold in blueberries, nuts and raisins. Spoon batter into tube pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan; transfer to a platter. Let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
