Corn and Bean Salsa

  • 1 28oz. can Bushs Original Baked Beans
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 large scallions, chopped
  • hot green pepper sauce, to taste
  • 1 14oz. can diced tomatoes with jalapenos or mild green chilies, drained


  1. Mix all ingredients into medium serving bowl.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
