Cabo Beach Cheeseburger



  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
  • 4 KRAFT Pepper Jack Cheese Slices with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
  • 4 kaiser rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT SANDWICH SHOP Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, cut into 12 slices
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro


Prep Time

  1. HEAT grill to medium-high heat.
  2. SHAPE ground beef into 4 patties. Grill 4 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, cook bacon as directed on package.
  3. TOP burgers with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  4. SPREAD rolls with mayonnaise; fill with cheeseburgers, bacon, avocados and cilantro.
