Ingredients

  • 12 mini phyllo shells
  • 1 cup chopped seedless red grapes
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 tsp. grated orange zest
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 cup prepared cheesecake filling

  1. Bake phyllo shells according to package directions; set aside.
  2. For the compote, in a medium bowl combine grapes, cranberries, pecans, orange zest and honey; mix well. Set aside.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake filling evenly into each phyllo shell. Top with compote. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
