- Bake phyllo shells according to package directions; set aside.
- For the compote, in a medium bowl combine grapes, cranberries, pecans, orange zest and honey; mix well. Set aside.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake filling evenly into each phyllo shell. Top with compote. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
