Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1% lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 2 bars Hershey's premium dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup frozen lowfat non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

  1. In a medium saucepan whisk together milk and cornstarch until combined. Bring to boiling, whisking constantly, over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, whisking constantly, until thickened. Add egg substitute, whisking until combined.
  2. Add Hershey's chocolate, sugar and butter to milk mixture; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Transfer to a small non-metallic bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Gently fold whipped topping into cooled chocolate mixture until combined. Spoon evenly into stemmed glasses; cover and chill 30 minutes or until set. Top with fresh berries, chocolate shavings or whipped creamEla, and serve.
