- In a medium saucepan whisk together milk and cornstarch until combined. Bring to boiling, whisking constantly, over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, whisking constantly, until thickened. Add egg substitute, whisking until combined.
- Add Hershey's chocolate, sugar and butter to milk mixture; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Transfer to a small non-metallic bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Gently fold whipped topping into cooled chocolate mixture until combined. Spoon evenly into stemmed glasses; cover and chill 30 minutes or until set. Top with fresh berries, chocolate shavings or whipped creamEla, and serve.
