- Preheat oven to 450ÂF. In a large resealable plastic bag or large bowl combine sweet potatoes, turnips, onion and oil; toss to coat. Transfer to a 13x9x2-inch baking dish; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
- Add lemon peel, orange peel and rosemary to baking dish; stir to combine. Bake 5 minutes more. Serve hot or warm.
