- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large nonstick skillet cook ground beef and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in pasta sauce, basil, cooked pasta and mozzarella; season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to baking dish; cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 5 to 7 minutes more or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
