Coconut Chocolate Energy Bites


  • ¼ cup Ground flaxseed (or 1 scoop chocolate whey protein as the filler)
  • 1 cup Our Family Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Our Family Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Our Family Wildflower Honey
  • ½ cup Our Family Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Almond slivers
  • ¼ cup Pistachios
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • optional Coconut Flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are blended into a cookie dough consistency.
  2. Roll into golf-sized bites. If you want to make bars, line a baking pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into the pan about ½ inch thick.
  3. Optional step: Fill a bowl with ½ cup coconut flakes. Roll the bites in coconut flakes until the bites are thoroughly covered.
  4. Chill for about 4-5 hours or until mixture hardens. For bars, cut into squares, and serve.
