Coconut Chocolate Energy Bites
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are blended into a cookie dough consistency.
- Roll into golf-sized bites. If you want to make bars, line a baking pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into the pan about ½ inch thick.
- Optional step: Fill a bowl with ½ cup coconut flakes. Roll the bites in coconut flakes until the bites are thoroughly covered.
- Chill for about 4-5 hours or until mixture hardens. For bars, cut into squares, and serve.
