  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 package corn muffin mix
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 11x7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine creamed corn, whole corn, muffin mix, sour cream, butter and eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Pour corn mixture into baking dish; bake 1 hour. Serve hot or warm.
