Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • Salsa, sour cream (optional)

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Stir together garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and cayenne. Rub on both sides of pork chops. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
  2. Place chops on grill. Grill, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until instant-read thermometer registers 145°F, turning once. Remove from grill. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Top with salsa and sour cream (if desired), and serve.
