Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 tsp. finely grated orange zest
  • Butter crackers for serving

  1. In a medium mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, sugar and cinnamon with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined. Fold in pecans, cranberries and orange zest. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
