- For the dressing, in a small bowl whisk together oil, lime juice, lime zest, jalapeño (if desired), sugar and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine cabbage, snow peas, green onions, bell pepper and orange sections; toss to mix well. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
