- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a shallow dish combine cornflake crumbs, panko, dill, chives, garlic, and pepper to taste; mix well. Set aside.
- Pour butter into an 11x7-inch baking dish. Dip one side of each fillet in butter, then press buttered side into crumb mixture. Return fillets to baking dish, coated side up.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
