Deviled Eggs

Dish type


  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Bell peppers
  • Black olives


  1. Cut hard boiled eggs into halves, set egg whites aside and hard yokes all into one bowl.
  2. Mix together yokes, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon yoke mixtures into egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Cut peppers and olives into small pieces to create a "devil" or "silly" face. Cut peppers into triangles to use for horns. Cut olives for facial expressions of eyes, mouth, nose, ect.
  6. Enjoy!
