Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 (10-oz.) whole-wheat pizza crust
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil, divided
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella (4 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Thinly slice tomatoes; place on paper towels to drain. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; brush with oil.
  2. Arrange tomatoes in a circular pattern on pizza crust, leaving a half-inch border. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the basil and all of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Let cool slightly. Cut into wedges, and serve.
