Ingredients

  • 1 cup seasoned fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 2 (24-oz.) jars marinara sauce
  • Hot cooked spaghetti

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine breadcrumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning and eggs. Add ground beef; mix well.
  2. Shape meat into 40 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Arrange meatballs in baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until cooked through (160°F). Drain fat.
  3. In a 4-quart Dutch oven combine marinara sauce and meatballs. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over spaghetti.
