- In a large saucepan cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain. Rinse pasta with cold water to cool completely; drain again. Transfer pasta to a very large bowl; sprinkle with lemon pepper. Set aside.
- Add chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, green onions, olives and feta to pasta mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
