- Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon into a bowl.
- Dip bread into mixture, coating both sides.
- Spray pan with nonstick spray, and melt butter over medium high heat.
- Cook french toast approximately 45 seconds on each sides, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with warm maple syrup and enjoy.
