Green Kiwi Cake

  • Cake:
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butter softened Frosting:
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 package (16 oz) confectioners's sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2-3 kiwis sliced


  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Stir in vanilla and food coloring.
  2. Pour batter into cake pan. Bake as directed and let cool on wire rack.
  3. For the frosting, mix butter and vanilla in bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating well after each addition. Add milk; beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Frost cake after cooled and top with sliced kiwis.
