- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium direct heat. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions; set aside. Sprinkle chicken lightly to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. Place chicken on grill. Grill, covered, 5 to 8 minutes per side until tender and no longer pink (165°F). Remove from grill. Cool slightly; cut into bite-size pieces.
- Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in medium bowl; toss to mix. Season to taste with black pepper. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
