- Place corn in large baking dish or pan. Cover with lukewarm water; let stand 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium direct heat. Meanwhile, blend butter, chile, adobo sauce and cilantro in small bowl. Set aside in cool place.
- Remove corn from water; drain. Place corn on grill. Grill, covered, 15 to 25 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
- Remove corn from grill. Cool slightly. Remove husk and silk.** Serve with chipotle butter; salt and pepper to taste.
