Grilled Pineapple and Mango Salsa

  • 1 mango, peeled and quartered
  • 1 pineapple, shaved and sliced
  • 1 red pepper, quartered
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

  1. On a hot grill, char the pineapple, and mango for a nice color.
  2. Allow to cool, and dice up to mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Allow to marinade for an hour before serving with your choice of chips.
