- Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F).
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of the lime juice over shrimp. Grill shrimp, covered, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until opaque.
- Grill corn 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Cut corn from cob.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, cilantro, green onions, shrimp, corn and crushed chips on large serving platter. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup lime juice. Top with dressing, salsa or sour cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
