Grilled Veggie Burger with Vermont Cheddar, Spicy Chipotle Mayo and Avocado

  • 4 each Your favorite plant based meatless patties- Beyond Burger of Pure by Farmland
  • 4 slices Cabot White Vermont Cheddar Cheese, sliced
  • 5 oz. Chipotle Mayo, Kraft
  • 2 each Ripe Avocados, Cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 Red Onion Sliced thin
  • 2 cups Baby Arugula, earth bound
  • 2 Beef Steak Tomato, thick sliced
  • 4 each St. Pierre Brioche Hamburger Buns


  1. Before removing the fully cooked veggie patty from the grill, place white cheddar on the patty to melt (1 minute). Transfer to bun and assemble with additional toppings. Spread mayo on top bun and your burger is complete!
