- For crust, in a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a large bowl beat together cream cheese and softened butter with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Gradually add sweetener; beat about 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Spread over crust in baking pan. Arrange banana slices in a single layer over cream cheese mixture; top evenly with pineapple. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Top with cherries, strawberries and pecans. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares, and serve.
