- Preheat broiler to high. In a large ovenproof nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add salami, bell pepper, onions and garlic; sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Beat eggs in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over vegetables in skillet; cook 5 minutes or until eggs are set, lifting edges to let uncooked egg run underneath. Top with Havarti and tomato, and sprinkle with oregano.
- Place skillet in oven. Broil 4 to 5 minutes or until frittata puffs up and cheese is golden. Serve warm or cold.
