  • 2 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tuna steaks, about 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

  1. In a small bowl combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. Rinse tuna; pat dry with paper towels. Rub seasoning mixture on both sides of tuna steaks.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, or to desired doneness, turning once.
