No-Bake OREO Bars

No-Bake bars are a great way to prepare snacks that are easy to make and share. And Oreo makes the perfect ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 10 OREO Cookies, chopped
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  1. COMBINE first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. BRING sugar, honey and butter to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 2 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  3. ADD to oat mixture; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. REFRIGERATE 1 hour before cutting into bars.
  5. Jazz it Up Drizzle dessert with 1/4 cup melted chocolate before refrigerating as directed.
