One Pot Chicken, Rice and Beans

  • 1 can (16oz) BUSHS® Reduced Sodium Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (16oz) BUSHS® Reduced Sodium Vegetarian Baked Beans
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1-1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • Salsa
  • Diced Avocado
  • Light Sour Cream
  • Cilantro
