  • 1 cup shredded or chopped Open Acres rotisserie chicken
  • 6-inch Our Family flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp. Our Family fajita seasoning
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Our Family onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Our Family garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Our Family iodized salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  1. Sauté bell peppers and red onion with olive oil and Our Family fajita seasoning mix until peppers and onions are tender, or for about 10 minutes. You can skip this step if you do not mind eating fresh veggies in your fajitas.
  2. To make the guacamole, mash the avocado and stir in the Our Family onion powder, Our Family garlic powder, Our Family iodized salt, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. The lemon will prevent the guacamole from browning.
  3. Place the chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and guacamole on tortilla.
