- In large bowl combine cabbage, lime juice, vinegar, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Brush each fillet with oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place fillets on large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Seal tightly, place on grill, and grill 6 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, grill both sides of tortillas.
- Place cabbage mixture and 1 grilled fillet in each tortilla. Top with chili sauce, tomatoes and cilantro.
