Oreo Fruit Tart

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Softened Brick cream cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cups Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 (6 oz.) OREO Pie Crust
  • 4 finely chopped OREO Cookies
  • 2 Cups sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and sliced bananas Assorted fresh fruit pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Apricot Preserves

  1. BEAT cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 1 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  2. SPREAD into pie crust. Top with chopped cookies and fruit; brush fruit with preserves.
  3. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Store leftover tart in refrigerator.
