- Coat broiler pan rack or grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler or grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Place garlic in a blender or food processor; pulse to chop. Add brown sugar, mustard seeds, cayenne and oil; blend. Stir in salt.
- Spread mustard mixture evenly on steaks. Place steaks on broiler rack or grill. Cook 5 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
